Where to go?
This map was created by The Truckee Meadows Water Authority to provide helpful information on fishing spots as well as rafting advice. You’ll see many of the Truckee Rivers most challenging rapids pointed out here as well as many access points along the river.
We float and guide on the Truckee River when conditions are right. The months of May and June offer the best water flows on the Truckee River. Snow melt during the spring can create floatable conditions on many parts of the river.
